What is eSIM?
The eSIM is a digital SIM that is permanently installed in many of the newer smartphones. The eSIM is linked to an eSIM profile that you receive from us. It works like your previous, physical SIM card, but fully digital! The eSIM can replace or even supplement your classic SIM card. In this way, you can use an alternative mobile phone plan in addition to the fraenk eSIM (e.g., for your company contract).
Can I use fraenk with eSIM?
The eSIM can be used by all fraenk customers owning a Samsung model with dual SIM function. We have put together a list of all smartphones that work with the fraenk eSIM.
